Blending is an important step in the elaboration of a cuvée. It is thanks to the subtle combination of wines from local grape varieties, varied terroirs, and their expertise that our oenologists will create a balanced wine with a sought-after aromatic profile.

After a visit to the cellar to talk about wine making, your guide will introduce you to the characteristics of AOC Saint Mont wines, with a tasting of single grape varieties.

Then become an apprentice oenologist by creating your own blend and leave with your bottle!
