Bartenheim

Charming village on the Alsace plain, whose town hall is housed in a large ashlar house of pink Alsace sandstone.

Bartenheim has many narrow streets that are pleasant to wander through on foot. The church, located just outside the town center, dominates the village. Bartenheim-la-Chaussée, a former hamlet, forms the eastern extension of the commune, where the Petite Camargue Alsacienne nature reserve is located.
