In the heart of the small village of Saint-Hippolyte, we invite you to come and enjoy the peace and quiet of our vacation home, set in a large, fully enclosed 750m² garden with a lovely terrace. After a small staircase (4 steps), you arrive in the entrance hall, which leads to a well-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer combo, coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a living room with a beautiful view of the Aubrac mountains, and a large bedroom (bed 160) with en-suite shower room and separate WC. On the floor above, there are 2 bedrooms (two with 2 single beds that can be made into a double on request), a bathroom (sink and bidet) and another separate toilet. The laundry room is in the basement (washing machine and dryer). We're very fond of this house for its calm, its location for hiking in the Truyère valley (Chateau de Vallon) as well as in Carladez, the magnificent Vallée de Brezons or the nearby Monts du Cantal. The Plomb du Cantal can be reached on foot from the tourist village of Pailherols (30 minutes by car from the house).
