Come and enjoy the Loir valley and the Bercé forest (hiking, fishing, mountain biking).
I have been fishing for many years, I will be happy to advise you during your stay. I also appreciate the forest of Bercé for hiking and mycology.
The gite is located close to the 24h of Le Mans racetrack (Mulsanne bend), zoos (La Fleche, Spaycific'zoo), Loire castles and vineyards (Jasnières).
The price of the gite includes the rental of sheets and towels as well as the provision of baby equipment (cot + mattress, bathtub, changing mat, high chair, potty)
The gite is composed of 2 rooms:
-room 1: 1 double bed with dressing room
-bedroom 2: 2 single beds with a large wardrobe to store your things with 2 extra mattresses under the beds if you need them.
-Living room with sofa bed + TV, DVD player
-1 separate bathroom/ WC
-Fully equipped kitchen to make your life easier during your stay (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, 4 burner gas stove), many accessories available.
-back kitchen with washing machine
-Garage with dedicated space for fishing (metal cabinets and refrigerator/freezer)
-The garden is planted with many fruit trees, depending on the season you can enjoy pears, quinces, apricots, hazelnuts, cherries, mirabelle plums, nectarines.
-The vegetable garden is "wild" permaculture type with perpetual vegetables and herbs. You will be able to use thyme, mint for your herbal teas, sorrel to flavor your sauces... Raspberries and strawberries to decorate your desserts according to the season.
To facilitate your outings and find ideas, you have thematic folders and many brochures on site.
For your daily life, you have local shops within walking distance (bakery, butcher, mini-market...) as well as shopping areas close by by car (Leclerc, Intermarché...)
You can come without a car, arrive by train at the Château du Loir station, in just 2km you are at the gite. On the spot you have the city bus and at the bottom of the housing estate you can rent bikes.
