JULII SHARP
Julii Sharp takes her name from a shell in the Indian Ocean, where she was born. A singer-songwriter, she does not describe herself as a storyteller: her songs are the result of sensory experiences, encounters, travels, and contemplative hours. Her lyrics are in English and French, a legacy of Anglo-Saxon music and her bilingual background. She enjoys exploring music in all its languages, sounds and origins, from folksy ballads borrowed on the road to electric and progressive sounding compositions.
BLACK LILYS
Black Lilys proudly testifies to resilience through a timeless and organic pop, between power and vulnerability: a bewitching guitar evoking sometimes The XX, or Ben Howard, delicately carries the chipped voice of Camille, whose tone reminds of Björk or Julia Stone. After a 1st album BOXES (2018), whose title Nightfall was chosen for the Netflix series Elite (2 million streams), they are currently starting a European tour for their 2nd album New Era - to be released this fall - written in Scotland, and inspired by the Highlands and rainy days.
