La Ferme de l'Estive

Share the know-how of Pierre and Sarah who welcome you from November to mid-May in the heart of their cheese factory. The visit begins in the barn and ends with a cheese to be tasted in the shop. Pierre will then explain the secrets of making Munster cheese through the windows overlooking the cheese dairy.

Visits to the stable and explanations about the production of organic cheese are possible every day from November to mid-May from 11am to 12pm - except Tuesday and Saturday. By reservation only.

Explanations on cheesemaking possible from mid-May to October except on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

During the beautiful season from mid-May to October, the cows graze on the sunny slopes of the Hohneck. Discover the milking of the cows in the open air in July and August from 6 to 7 pm. Outdoor activity on the pastures - 20 metres before the Pied du Hohneck inn.
