On an estate of 12 hectares of meadows and forests this small house of 44m2, independent opens on 2 beautiful terraces and offers you an impregnable view on the countryside of Gers and the village of Monfort and its church. You will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool for your moments of relaxation. From the gîte, take one of the paths and discover the property: organic market gardening, horse boarding, henhouse, 6ha of woodland and if you wish, continue along the path and discover the surrounding countryside and its villages. Located close to the owners, they reserve you a personalized and discreet acceuil and to facilitate your arrival, the linen is provided and the beds are made: all inclusive. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with a bed of 160x200 and an adjoining bathroom with sink, spacious Italian shower and a toilet. On the terrace at the back of the house, which overlooks the swimming pool, there is garden furniture and a plancha.
