Ground floor: kitchen and lounge with flat-screen TV, two bedrooms, one with a 140x190cm bed, the other with a 160x190cm bed, and a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
On the first floor, the landing leads to two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and a cot, the other with 3 single beds (90x190cm). Bathroom with bath and WC.
Terrace, barbecue. Baby equipment on request (changing table, cot, bath, high chair). Enclosed parking.
The entire property is non-smoking. Gîte can be booked for up to 6 people, including children and babies.
In the immediate vicinity: Dijon, City of Art and History, Cité de la Gastronomie. Shops, restaurants. Emblematic vineyards such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Morey-St-Denis, Chambolle-Musigny, Clos de Vougeot...
Prices include: bed linen, final cleaning, household linen, oil-fired heating and water.
