The house is located in the centre of Vitteaux.
Free parking is available in the street, and you can also park in the courtyard.
On entering the house you will find the entrance hall, opposite which is a lounge with sofa, armchairs and television.
To the right of this is the dining room with a large oval dining table for 13 people overlooking an open fireplace.
To the right of this room is the fully equipped kitchen. This kitchen also has access to a washing machine.
To the left of the lounge is a large room with a functional piano, sofa and armchairs.
This room is ideal for enjoying a musical moment with family or friends.
To the left of this room is a hallway leading to a bedroom with double bed, desk, separate toilet and separate bath.
At the end of this hall is a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs are the 6 other bedrooms and bathrooms. At the top of the first floor, on the left, there is a double bedroom with study area.
Opposite these stairs is a bathroom with clawfoot bath and toilet.
To the right is a long corridor leading to 5 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with double beds 1 bedroom with a single bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The last bedroom at the end of the corridor has its own bathroom with bath and toilet.
All rooms have a wardrobe. Outside the house you will find a gravel courtyard with a garden table for 13 people, a barbecue, a swing, a trampoline, garden furniture, armchairs and deckchairs so that you can enjoy the space and peace and quiet, and a 6m/4m/1m unheated rectangular above-ground swimming pool.
Still outside, there is a lawned area and a gate at the bottom of the lawn for a walk along the Brenne (river).
