Closed courtyard shared with the tenant of the ground floor, you benefit from two parking spaces, one of which is covered, and a garage. Accessed by stairs, the air-conditioned gîte located on the first floor is composed of:
- A separate kitchen equipped with refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher opening onto a veranda with a table and chairs and onto a terrace communicating with the first bedroom.
- A first bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a TV, a large wall cupboard with full-length mirror with bay window opening onto the terrace communicating with the kitchen
- A bathroom with corner bathtub, sink, fan heating and WC
- a dining room with a beautiful high ceiling with a table that can accommodate 6 people and benefiting from a terrace shared with the living room
- A living room with a corner sofa, poufs, a table with chairs, a TV
- A second bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a wardrobe and its private terrace
- A mezzanine bedroom opening onto the dining room with access via a spiral staircase with two 90x190 twin beds. The mezzanine also has its own small private terrace. On the terrace accessible from the living room and the dining room, there is a table, sun loungers and an electric plancha to enjoy the outdoors.
On the ground floor is the garage containing a large freezer and the washing machine. Sheets, heating (oil central and reversible air conditioning) and electricity included.
