The owners, an architect and artist, have chosen to decorate this pretty 70m² townhouse with a blend of contemporary design and vintage touches.
The house features a fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso, filter machine, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc.), opening onto the living room with a table seating 4 to 6 people.
The living room features a 1-person sofa bed, a reading area and a TV.
Also on the ground floor are separate WCs and a laundry room with washing machine-dryer, freezer and microwave.
On the 1st floor, a first bedroom with 1 bed 120x190cm and a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80x200cm that can be joined together to form a 160cm bed. Each bedroom also has a sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are optional, please let us know when booking if you would like them.
The bathroom is on the same floor and has a bathtub and washbasin.
