Micro-folie

Coordinated by La Villette and supported by the French Ministry of Culture, Micro-Folie is a cultural concept that aims to make culture accessible to a broad public, using new technologies.
The idea is to create digital and interactive cultural spaces, where visitors can explore different artistic works, take part in interactive activities and discover Culture in innovative ways.

During the 2024-2025 season, a digital museum will be set up in the La Bouilloire cinema. Thanks to the support of the French Ministry of Culture and La Villette, visitors will be able to discover the treasures of France's greatest museums right in their own backyards. Digitized in very high definition, several thousand works will be accessible to you, and will amaze, surprise and challenge you. Fine art, architecture, scientific cultures, live performances... it's an open door to the treasures of humanity! The visit to the digital museum is an interactive tour where, thanks to the tablets provided, you can extend the experience you?ve had on the cinema?s big screen.
