In some squares, the playgrounds can still be used but are under the responsibility of parents who must ensure that health regulations are respected, including physical distance.
Located beyond l'Estaque, at the limit of the municipality's territory, the Anse de Corbières offers an exceptional view of the entire harbor of Marseille. Attracted by the light so particular to the Provencal region, the Impressionists were not mistaken in planting their easels in these parts. The site consists of a portion of shoreline (along the road to Rove) dominated by the stepped cliffs of the Massif du Rove, which includes remarkable architectural elements: fortress of 1861, railway viaduct of the Côte Bleue line ... It is on this maritime facade, sheltered from the Mistral, that the city created a garden in 1987. The choice of landscape design had to take into account the narrow topography of the site (with steep slopes and cliffs), the integration of road equipment and the limited possibilities for watering. The choice was made for natural scrubland vegetation with "exotic" species such as palms, eucalyptus, bougainvillea, yucca, agave, hibiscus, casuarinas... The garden gives access to small sandy and pebble beaches as well as to the municipal nautical base.
