Source de la Douix

A Vaucluse-type spring, the Douix is one of the most beautiful springs in France. Venerated since the 1st Iron Age, it is the oldest Celtic place of worship. The Gallo-Romans deposited stone votive offerings there, which are on display in the museum. Today, it is placed under the protection of the Virgin Mary.
