We are a young couple with a little baby living in Salon de Provence for 4 years. We love this city and its daily life. We want to share our "know-how" of the most emblematic dishes of our native country, to make people love what is precious in our cuisine based on fresh products, a cuisine based on authenticity and convenience. The Bánh Mì, we have already taken the Vietnamese word instead of saying the Vietnamese sandwich. Originally called "The Baguette", we make small adjustments to make it become a completely original sandwich that has the typical characteristics of Vietnamese cuisine
