Increasingly aware of health and environmental issues, Stéphan Charmasson, its manager, converted his farm to organic farming in 2009.
The apple harvest runs from the beginning of August to the beginning of November. About fifteen varieties of apples are harvested in order to meet a varied demand.
In order to promote apple production and diversify the range of products on offer, Stéphan has developed a range of apple-based processed products.
