A cosy atmosphere and a programme tailored to your needs. Aqua Session takes you out of the big municipal pool for lessons just like in your own living room... a crystal-clear pool instead of a mat and a qualified coach instead of a TV.
Swimming school
For the little ones (aged 3-6), the swimming school enables them to acquire the minimum skills to ensure their own safety in the water. Older children (aged 6-8) can perfect their swimming techniques in small groups in a fun environment.
Aquabike
It's an activity that's gentle on the joints but merciless on cellulite! The aquatic environment intensifies cycling, but also protects your joints and back from shocks. The draining effect of these sessions also helps you to refine your figure and reduce the appearance of orange peel skin. These sessions can be adapted to your own pace, and you can start again as a complete beginner or push the intensity of your cardio training. The coach will be able to guide you to the right intensity and adapt each exercise to suit your objectives or constraints. The 45-minute classes build to a crescendo, but always with music and in groups of no more than 12.
Aquamix
Put your body to the test in a 100% toning activity! The session is intensive and combines several activities such as boxing and cardio training.
Aquagym
The ultimate gentle activity. Ideal for a new start or your first contact with water sports. A mix of fitness, stretching and cardio in a group of 12 people, with music and good humour.
