The imaginary world of Christmas is built on Gospel stories that take their place in a sacred "wonderland". A Virgin gives birth to a child in a stable, shepherds are warned of the birth by an angel, and the Magi are guided by a star to Bethlehem? It's the night when everything becomes possible!
The stories of the evangelists were soon joined by popular accounts of other miracles, often full of picturesque details. The first legends to take place on this sacred night were born. At first, these stories were directly linked to the Infant Jesus and his birth. Later, they focused solely on the magical nature of the night, evoking ghosts and other creatures, miracles and tragic fates.
Through a series of pretty playlets, you'll be plunged into the heart of Christmas Eve!
