L'Orangerie opens its doors to you in the heart of a region that is generous and hospitable by nature, between meadows and vineyards.
This comfortable country residence has a fenced park, where you can relax in peace and quiet, and a beautiful swimming pool.
The five rooms, individually furnished and carefully kept, are decorated with antiques, paintings and oriental carpets. They are all equipped with bath or shower and WC as well as a direct telephone.
An elegant and bright lounge is available to our guests, where copious breakfasts and, on request, convivial dinners are served.
Your hosts, Niels Lierow and David Eades, one from Germany and the other from Ireland, will give you a warm welcome and will be happy to help you make the most of your stay.
L'Orangerie is the ideal starting point for visiting Romanesque art sites such as Autun, Beaune, Cluny and Tournus, but also charming sites such as Brancion, Cormatin or Germolles. Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the "Voie verte", a bicycle path that follows the old railway line between Givry and Cluny through bucolic landscapes and passes close to our house.
