Passionate about fine chocolates and artisanal ice creams, Patrice Sciortino has been an artisanal chocolatier and ice cream maker since 1987 and created the company Choco Glaces in Sanary-sur-Mer in 1999. He is very happy to share his know-how with the general public and professionals.
A large part of his production is distributed to companies, but he is also happy to welcome individuals to his shop. On line or at the point of sale, he offers you boxes of chocolates, spreads and specialities from the House of Sciortino such as the Pavé de Sanary.
