Preuschdorf is a small French village in the Bas-Rhin department of the Alsace region. Its inhabitants are called the Preuschdorfois and Preuschdorfoises. The commune covers an area of 7.6 km² and has a population of 950 since the last population census in 2005. With a density of 125.5 inhabitants per km², Preuschdorf's population has increased by 8.9% since 1999. Surrounded by the communes of Dieffenbach-lès-W?rth, Lampertsloch and Merkwiller-Pechelbronn, Preuschdorf lies 14 km northeast of Haguenau, the largest city in the area. Situated 171 meters above sea level, the village of Preuschdorf's georgaphical coordinates are 48° 56' 43'' North, 7° 47' 54'' East. Preuschdorf is part of the Vosges du Nord Regional Nature Park.
