Lisetta is above all my grandmother, whom we've always called Grandma Lisette.
Today, this restaurant bears the name of a great lady, because it was her dream, which became ours.
Our restaurant is located in the heart of the bastide town of Grenade, opposite our beautiful market hall.
Lisetta is Italian grandma's cooking, good food that's simple, authentic and unpretentious. We work with the village baker, who bakes us ORGANIC bread, we import all our cheeses and charcuterie directly from Italy, our pasta is freshly prepared by our Italian friends in Toulouse, and our vegetables come from local producers in the region. That's why at Grandma's, the menu changes all the time, we just adapt to the seasons!
To conclude on something very important, at Lisetta's, absolutely everything is homemade, from starters to desserts (and even a few drinks).
