With a population of 190, Jetterswiller is the smallest commune in the Mossig et Vignoble community of communes.
The village is home to Saint-Pancrace church, rebuilt in the 18th century on an elongated plan in place of a Gothic building. The tower is covered by a pavilion roof topped by a ridge cross. A doorway between the nave and the tower could suggest that the tower is older and has been refurbished, or that the doorway is simply a replacement. Eighteenth-century farmhouses can still be found in the village. Typical of Alsatian architecture, a cowshed and adjacent barn date from the same period.
The present-day town hall was once the village's presbytery. The date inscribed on the door suggests that it was built in 1701.
