As early as 1791, parcels of vines were registered. The acquisition of Château Bonisson by our family in 2017 aims to give new impetus to this ancient estate by respecting and carrying high its values: quality, authenticity, naturalness and sharing.
With respect for the environment, we have undertaken major restructuring and improvement work on the estate. We use organic farming methods in the vineyard, respecting the phases of the moon for the different works. We plough our rows with horses to respect our soil and avoid settling. In addition, all our harvesting is done by hand by experienced pickers. The low yield per hectare allows a high quality of our wines.
